How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made with care, by hand, and in alignment with Heyoka’s original vision.
- Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets): 4–6 weeks
- Sacred Shrines: Up to 6 months, as each is a full ceremonial artwork
You’ll receive email updates throughout the process, from creation to completion.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we plan to expand soon. If you're outside the U.S. and feel deeply called to a piece, please contact us, we’ll do our best to assist you.
Can I request a custom design?
We welcome custom orders inspired by Heyoka’s original symbols and spirit. Whether you're personalizing a piece or creating something new, please visit our Personalise page to learn more.
Are the pieces made by Heyoka himself?
Heyoka Merrifield passed in 2021, but his sacred vision lives on. Today, each piece is handcrafted by artists he mentored or inspired, using his original sketches, tools, and teachings. The hands may differ, but the soul remains the same.
What materials are used in the jewelry?
We use ethically sourced, often recycled metals (primarily silver), and natural stones such as turquoise, opal, and onyx, materials Heyoka loved for their history and energy. Every element is chosen with sacred intention.
Is the jewelry meant to be worn daily or ceremonially?
Both. These pieces are made to be lived with. Some wear them daily as personal symbols of strength or protection; others reserve them for prayer, ritual, or intention. Let your spirit decide.
What is your return or refund policy?
Manufacturing Defects:
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at heyokaartgallery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos and a description of the issue.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items:
All our pieces are made-to-order or custom-made, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Shipping for Repairs:
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping after the repair is complete.
Are the pieces one-of-a-kind or limited editions?
All pieces are made-to-order, which means your jewelry is crafted specifically for you, with time and intention. If you feel called to a piece, trust that the moment is right.
