Manufacturing Defects:
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at heyokaartgallery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos and a description of the issue.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items:
As all our pieces are custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Shipping for Repairs:
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it back to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping after the repair.
